today that the plan put forward by Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
to reconfigure the world body’s presence there was set to

while his proposal to reconfigure the world body's presence in
Kosovo, giving the European Union an enhanced role, may not please
everyone, it was the “least objectionable” option.
