KFOR has advised UNMIK Police that the "KFOR Bypass" at the Blace (General Jankovic) border crossing with Macedonia will be temporarily closed to large vehicles. The closure will be effective from 0800 hrs. on the 6th of June until 1800 hrs. on the 15th of June.

According to current information, only vehicles of 1.5 tons and smaller will be permitted to use the bypass. The larger military and civilian vehicles that would normally use the bypass will be integrated into the traffic using the regular border crossing point.

All those traveling this route should allow additional time to cross the border as the additional vehicles using the border crossing point are likely to cause some delays.
