On march 24th, the four year anniversary of the NATO intervention, former NATO spokesman Jamie Shea came to Kosovo to participate in a public, televised forum to discuss the issue of the return of minority population to Kosovo, entitled “A Conversation with Kosovo”. Mr. Shea was joined on the panel by the head of the US office, two UNMIK officials and four prominent Kosovars including Prime Minister Rexhepi, General Agim Çeku and Priest Dom Lush Gjergji. The panel interacted with an audience of citizens from around Kosovo.

	Mr. Shea also visited a returns site in Prishtina – Moravska Street – where Ashkali families are slated to return this year.
