UNMIK/PR/569 SRSG Deplores Killing of Klina Municipality President PRISTINA--- SRSG Hans Haekkerup said today that he was shocked to learn of the murder of Mr. Ismet Raci, president of the Klina Municipality. "I am outraged about the killing," Mr. Haekkerup said. "This is not good for the security situation in Kosovo." Mr. Haekkerup said he was awaiting a full report of the investigation into the incident, which occurred in the victim's apartment building on National Martyrs Street in the center of Klina, as to whether the murder was politically motivated or by some other reason.
