SRSG Michael Steiner will launch his Concept Paper on the Right to Sustainable Returns

21 May, 2002, in Vushtrri, Vucitrn, during a visit with Ashkali families who recently returned home to Kosovo.

Media should gather at the Municipal building at 2:30 p.m. from where they will be guided to neighborhood where Mr. Steiner will deliver his address at 3 p.m..

Following his meetings with the returnees, Mr. Steiner will visit the OSCE/KPS Police School at 4 p.m.
