SRSG Michael Steiner's Message on the Occasion of Eid al-Fitr,

PRISTINA - The month of Ramadan that is just ending is a very special period for practicing Muslims in which fasting, prayer and solidarity bring inner peace.
Today I congratulate all Muslims in Kosovo on the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan and on the festive holiday of Fiter Bayram.
At the same time, I extend my warmest wishes for peace - peace in your hearts, peace in your families and peace within and among the communities that make up Kosovo's rich cultural mosaic.
