SRSG Holkeri Welcomes President Rugova's Statement

PRISTINA- SRSG Harri Holkeri issued the following statement today:

"President Rugova has informed me that he has responded positively to my invitation to travel to Vienna on October 14th for the launch of talks on technical issues with Belgrade in accordance with his responsibilities under the Constitutional Framework.

"I along with the rest of the International Community applaud President Rugova's decision, which is an act of a truly responsible leader."
