The
UNMIK Press Office is staffed seven days a week with press
officers on hand to answer queries. Press officers as well
as the spokeswoman are also available by email and mobile
phone. The press office supplies media with information
on all aspects of UNMIK, with officers responsible for various
beats. Press releases (in three languages), briefing notes,
twice-daily compendiums of international clippings and local
media monitoring are also available at the press office,
in addition to other UNMIK publications.
Press briefings are given once a week
on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m by the UNMIK Spokesperson and
representatives of Civilian Police, OSCE, EU, and KFOR.
The conferences are held at UNMIK Press Center inside the
UNMIK Headquarters.
