ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTION NO. 2000/15

The Special Representative of the Secretary-General,
Pursuant to the authority given to him under Section 8 of UNMIK Regulation No. 2000/8 of 29 February 2000 on the Provisional Registration of Businesses in Kosovo,
Recalling UNMIK Administrative Direction No. 2000/04 of 2 March 2000, implementing UNMIK Regulation No. 2000/8,
For the purpose of further implementing UNMIK Regulation No. 2000/8,
Hereby gives the following Administrative Direction:
Section 1
1.1 A business that fails to submit properly completed registration application forms in accordance with Section 6 of UNMIK Regulation No. 2000/8 (hereinafter “the Regulation”) shall be issued with a Warning Notice allowing it seven days to submit such forms to the relevant Municipal Administrator’s Office at the rates of administrative fee established under UNMIK Administrative Direction No. 2000/04.
1.2 A business that submits such forms after the date specified in such a Notice shall be charged late registration fees.
Section 2
2.1 The administrative fees chargeable for late registration shall be:
Class 1 businesses: DEM 550
Classes 2, 3 and 4 businesses: DEM 600
2.2 The Municipal Administrator’s office is authorized to collect the late registration fees.
Section 3
A business that fails to submit properly completed registration application forms within 21 days of the issuance of a Warning Notice shall be liable to closure in accordance with the Regulation.
Section 4
The present Administrative Direction shall enter into force on 21 June 2000.
